Psi Delta Chi Military Sorority, Incorporated, was founded by two Navy veterans, Distinguished Empress Mercedes E. Hill, and Distinguished Empress Lestine C. Webb, in Jacksonville, Florida, on the 8th day of November 2019 and formally incorporated on the 8th day of July 2019.
